Gerald Hatton

Being part of the business since he was eleven years old, Gerald Hatton has been in the construction industry most of his life. At age 16, Gerald began running his framing crew. He started installing hardwood flooring, building cabinets, and trim for many builders in South Carolina. At age 18, he built his first house and had the opportunity to construct high-quality docks on Lake Murray with his brother. 

Gerald attended Auburn University for their building science program on a Presidential Building Science Scholarship. After all of these opportunities and experiences, Birmingham, AL, called him back. Gerald has remodeled many homes and built over two hundred new houses in the Birmingham, AL, area over the past several years.

His experience, professionalism, and enthusiasm are a vital part of Building Concepts LLC.
